Customers can buy or rent SnapCrate™ for storage needs at their home, or for use in their rented unit at your facility. SnapCrate™ are great for everyone, but colleges are an ideal target market! Here are some easy tips for making SnapCrate™ a desired option for customers.
- Contact local Universities/Boarding Schools with a method to reduce move-in, move-out congestion
- Place flyers in Student Center, Dorms, any gathering areas in town, advertising Student Box availability
- Pre-lease boxes
- Deliver Student Boxes early on the move-in, or move-out day. Early morning hours will allow for All-Terrain, Piggy-Back forklift to Common areas outside Dorms, without disrupting traffic flow.
- Empty Student Boxes will be placed on lawn, and sidewalk edges. Proper placement will promote impulse, on-the-spot leasing. Pre-leased Student Boxes will have student name and will be placed with easy access.
- Representatives from your company will be at location with credit card machine. Leases and padlocks will be placed on a credit card with the simple month-to-month contract.
- Once move-in or move-out is completed, full Student Boxes will be taken to your warehouse for storage, and empties will be knocked-down to a height of only 10" and stored for next event.
- Once at your warehouse, these boxes can be stacked 4 high.
- The box only takes up 16 square feet of space (footprint).
- Three major market surges can be expected from this program: Spring, Fall, and Mid-Semester.
